Job description
We are actively searching for a full-time and part-time Commercial and/or Residential Service and Repair Technician with a friendly and positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow. We will provide you with industry knowledge and on-the-job training from our helpful Service Team. We take pride in the individualized service and care we show each of our customers. Job responsibilities
· Provide excellent customer service
· Performing repairs and preventative maintenance on customer equipment
· Diagnose repair issue and troubleshoot
· Answering service calls and assisting walk-in customers
· Collaborate with the Service Manager to order parts and file warranty claims
Qualifications
· Enjoy working with your hands
· Experience assembling and disassembling mechanical components
· Ability to follow directions closely and accurately
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently
· Basic computer skills
· A willingness to learn new things
· Positive communication skills
· A team player who will help around the office as needed
Pay
Hourly, starting pay based on experience

Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 2 years experience is preferred but not required
