Please review our company return policy.

 

Most new and unopened items can be returned within 3 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions which are listed below.

Returns of unopened items made within 3 days of the purchase, for eligible items, and with a valid receipt will be given a full refund in the form of the original payment method.

Opened Vacuums

Returns of opened Small Cannister Vacuums and Small Handheld Vacuums will have a Return Charge of $34.50 with a valid receipt and must be returned within 3 days.

Returns of opened Full-Size Cannister Vacuums and Upright Vacuums will have a Return Charge of $69.00 with a valid receipt and must be returned within 3 days.

Demo/ Used Equipment

Returns of Residential Demo or Used Equipment will have a Return Charge of $69.00 with a valid receipt and must be returned within 3 days.

Returns of Commercial Demo or Used Equipment will have a Return Charge of $89.00 with a valid receipt and must be returned within 3 days.

Return Policy Execptions

Special Order Items

All-Type is able to order thousands of items to meet our customers’ unique needs that are not stocked a part of our regular inventory. Those items are considered “Special Order Items” are not eligible for return regardless of condition. Defective Special Order Items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt in order to receive a replacement, if available. Once a Special order has been placed it cannot be canceled.

Scrubbers, Sweepers, Extractors and Other Large Equipment

New Scrubbers, Sweepers, Extractors and other large equipment fall under the category of “Special Order Items” and are therefore not eligible for return regardless of condition.

Leased/ Financed Items

Equipment that is leased or financed is not eligible for return.

Clearance Items

Clearance items are not eligible for return regardless of condition.
